Together, these groups help the Charity function and grow, meet the statutory and government requirements, plan for the future, nurture a welcoming space where gardening, learning, culture, sustainability, and community connection flourish.
Each team plays a vital role in planning activities, supporting volunteers, partnering with local organisations, caring for the garden, and creating opportunities for people of all ages to grow, share knowledge, and enjoy the benefits of a vibrant community garden.

This wonderfully dedicated, multi-skilled team make up the Padbury Community Garden Inc. Committee. This team is made purely of volunteers, gaining nothing but the knowledge that they are doing something wonderful for the community of Padbury and the surrounds. It is a labour of love.
No matter how much or little time you have spare, the team always welcomes new members to jump on board. It's always great to have new faces and new minds joining in.

Each team plays a unique role to help the Charity fulfil its aims and purposes — working across community events, garden care and maintenance, sustainability initiatives, cultural awareness and collaboration, education, funding and resources, and broader community engagement. Together, these teams help create a vibrant, inclusive space where people can connect, learn, grow, and contribute to a healthier and more connected community.
